MVDSL Outlook Express Settings

Click on Tools and then Accounts

1. Start Outlook Express

2. Click on Tools and then Accounts


Choose the Mail Tab and highlight the MVDSL account

3. Choose the Mail Tab and highlight the MVDSL account

4. Click Properties


Choose the Servers Tab and make sure that Log on using Secure Password Authtication is NOT checked and My server requires authentication IS checked.

5. Choose the Servers Tab and make sure that the Incoming mail (POP3) and the Outgoing mail (SMTP) are just as you see them below. If not, change them to match.

6. Under the Incoming Mail Server, your account name is NOT support. It is the first part of your email address. For Example, if your email address is mickeymouse@mvdsl.com, your account name is mickeymouse. If you don't know your password, call us at 397-2601 or send an email to support@mvdsl.com
